AI agent development

YORD designs and builds AI agents, software that plans steps, calls your tools and finishes tasks. The team limits what each agent may do, adds review points for sensitive actions and tests every agent against real cases before release. One team builds, launches and grows the product around the agent.

What we build

  • A task definition that lists what the agent handles and what it must not do
  • Connections to the tools, APIs and data sources the agent needs
  • Planning and step logic, with limits on the number of actions per task
  • Approval points where a person confirms an action before it runs
  • An evaluation set of real cases, with pass and fail rules for each one
  • A log of each step the agent takes, so your team can trace every result
  • Production deployment, monitoring and handover notes

Who this is for

  • Your team repeats the same multi-step work across several tools
  • Support or operations tasks need lookup, checks and an action in one flow
  • You need a clear record of what the agent did and why
  • Your existing product should act for the user, within limits you set

How it runs

  1. Idea

We pick the task the agent will own and define the actions it may take.

  2. Design

We design the steps, the approval points and the evaluation cases before the build.

  3. Build

We connect the tools the agent needs, write its task logic and run it through the evaluation cases.

  4. Launch

We run the agent with a small set of tasks and a person reviewing each action.

  5. Grow

We widen the agent's scope only after the logs show it works as agreed.

Questions about this service

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to plan steps and call tools to complete a task. Unlike a single question and answer, an agent works through several steps. YORD builds agents with set limits, so each step follows rules your team agrees.

How do you stop an agent from taking a wrong action?

YORD limits the actions an agent may take and adds approval points for any action that changes data, sends a message or spends money. The evaluation set checks the agent before launch, and the logs show each step after launch.

Which systems can an agent connect to?

An agent can connect to any system that offers an API or another access method your team approves. The team lists each connection, the permissions it needs and the actions the agent may take on it. Access is limited to what each task requires.

Does an agent replace my staff?

An agent takes over only the steps you choose to automate. Your team keeps approval over the actions you mark as sensitive, and any change to the agent's task list is agreed in writing. Starting with one task lets your team check the results before the agent takes on more work.

How can we audit what an agent did?

Each step is logged with its inputs, the tool it called and the result. Your team can trace one case from start to finish and review failed or unusual runs. The log is the first place to look when a result needs checking.
