How a YORD project runs

YORD runs each project in five stages: idea, design, build, launch and grow. YORD plans each stage with you and asks for your review at the stage ends stated in the proposal. The same process applies to AI products, software, websites, mobile apps and growth marketing.

What happens in the idea stage?

YORD agrees the problem, the users and the first version. The team writes down what is in scope and what is not.

What happens in the design stage?

YORD designs the screens, the flows and the structure of the product. You review the design before the build starts.

What happens in the build stage?

YORD builds the product in working steps. Each step is tested before the team moves on.

What happens at launch?

YORD tests the product, releases it and checks it after launch. The team hands over the code, the setup notes and the documentation.

What happens in the grow stage?

YORD plans the next work with you, based on how people use the product. For marketing, the team changes campaigns based on the results.
